Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I've been divorced for more than 10 yrs, it was a joint custody however i've had the girls 24/7 365 days a year. I've never asked for a cost of living increase and he's never contributed a dime towards their college expenses, doctor visit copays, prescripition expenses, or dentist. My oldest will be graduating college in june and still has a class to take in july, all he is concerned with is when will he stop pay child support. I've absorbed all the expenses and would it be possible to regain some of the monies and what sort of documents are needed and can it be possible?
