Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I would like to know, If i divorces 2 years ago and in the divorce decree, it states any proceeds form the house or sale thereof is to be split 50%. We had a two family housein shortsale. I moved out of the house after the divorce was final, my ex husband stayed in the house for an additional year collecting rent $1400 fro the tenant. He did not pay mortgage but pocketed the money until the short sale was final. Am I entitled to half of what he pocketed? I struggled with bills while he pocket $15,400 in the 11 months he was there,
