Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorcing my Parents

I am 18 years old and I want to divorce my parents but I can't find any real information on it. My home is abusive but I have no actual proof except the 2 times I went to the police. Also is it to late because I'm 18. I also have no money, they sold my car and have my life savings. Is there any way I can have some money from them to pay for an apartment and possibly school? I don't really know much about this process and such but I know I want to do this. My parents themselves are divorced and they have some weird agreement about paying for my school but I don't know how that works.
