my mother is 72 years old,and has been separated for 8 years,wants to get divorce but is affair that her primary insurance which her hubsband has will be droped,she has medicaid and gets only $700 a month,he makes $3500 a month on retirent is she intitle to any of that money who stands to loose more him or her
