I am not completely sure of what you are asking.

If your exwife continued to cash the alimony checks after she remarried, then you file a motion asking the Court to order her to pay the money back.

I would be able to help you. Please give me a call.

If the court order provided that the payment of alimony would end upon her remarriage and she has remarried, she should return to you all payments received from you after her marriage

ceremony.
