I was granted temporary cuostody
of my grandkids from a court system and now after 13 years the paternal mother wants visitation. The mother has always had drug problem and abandoned her kids. What can I do to stop this.

Re: Dropping support and need visitation rights
First, you should really talk to an attorney. You cannot write a few sentences on this board and expect to get all the advice you need. There is so much more information that I would need.
Did she take you to court? If not, there is nothing for you to do. If she filed a motion, you have to deal with that and fight it out in court.
I'm skipping a lot here, but in the end, there is a great chance that she will eventually (emphasis on eventually) get visitation back. Thus, I doubt you can ever stop this. Your best bet would be to make sure this is done the right way for the sake of the children.
