Is a hair follicle drug test recognized in child custody cases?. Is it admissable in NJ?

Is there any way to have the hair folicle test removed and replaced with either blood/urine testing?

Hair follicle testing is extremely useful because "fasting" prior to the test does not prevent a positive finding. If the drugs tested for have been used within one year preceding the testing, there is likely to be a positive finding.
