Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
drug testing
Is a hair follicle drug test recognized in child custody cases?. Is it admissable in NJ?
Is there any way to have the hair folicle test removed and replaced with either blood/urine testing?

Re: drug testing
Hair follicle testing is extremely useful because "fasting" prior to the test does not prevent a positive finding. If the drugs tested for have been used within one year preceding the testing, there is likely to be a positive finding.

The hair follicle test proves that a drug was ingested, but not when. Call me at 800 273 7933 in the coming week and I will discuss your question with you.
