Dutch mother 2 kids divorced US maile
my sister does live in NY and is divorced now for 9 years with 2 kids 13 and 12 years. dad is not paying any money and now total amount due is us20000, she did had several law suites but does not pay at all. he now will leave the state of nj and will see his only a view times when it suits him. mother has no job and no money and several times we did transfer money to support. what is the option that she will leave the usa with the kids as we guarantee a job house and all other needed essentials for the family. it seems that he is blocking the approval. we tought that when she overs hime to decreese the amount he owns her by law to sign approval fro her departure with the kids.
as she has no housing within a month as she has been kicked out we for see problems for her as well as the kids. we do have an international school her so they will keep on talking there native language.
I sthere a possibilitie for her to leave the country with the kids witout any complication?

A court order is required for the mother to permanently leave New Jersey with her children. I would think that her circumstances would be ample basis for such an order.

I have read what the other attorney said, and I agree that your sister should very likely be able to get a court order to be able to leave with the kids.
there are several issues here, and it seems she should at the same time sue him for the unpaid support.
Get her to hire a lawyer.
