can i sue dyfs for depervation of character and harrasment?? they came to my house under the assumption i do drugs and i have already taking three drug test for them. all three came back negative and they still wont stop harrassing me.

It is very unlikely you have grounds to sue for defamation. As to your status, you don't say whether you voluntarily agreed to testing or if the Court ordered it. An attorney needs to know a lot more about this situation before any advice can be given.
