Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

DYFS-experienced attorneys?

We have been trying for two weeks to obtain an attorney to either represent us or at least provide advisement against bogus DYFS charges, and cannot locate a single one who isn't three area codes away. Are there no attorneys accessible to us (within the 856 or even 609 area code) who are willing to defend families against these people?

You should call the bar assosciation for the county you live in for a referral. I have an office in Hackensack and handle cases anywhere in the state. I would expect that some competent lawyer in your county or neigbboring county will be willing to represent you.
