While I don't want to say its impossible, I can tell you it would probably be very, very difficult.
You "may" not need one. What do you mean 2 years left? Either she's in college or not. If not, he's not really going anywhere unless he has some very special facts on his side. Email me with more info and I'll let you know what you are looking at.

I do not see how you can afford not to hire an attorney.
Call me if you like.

You are not really seeking legal advice per se but rather you seek a pro bono attorney. Depending on how much support you stand to lose you may not be able to afford not to have an attorney to assist you. If your child is an honor student that will help. There are forms online at the State of NJ Judiciary website for representing yourself. But support for college may include both direct cash child support to the primary residential custodian as well as contributions towrds medical expenses, tuition, books, room and board, health insurance benefits, etc, that can mount up to thousands. If the child's parent has sufficient income and assets or is wage earner with benefits, you may have a lot to lose. If I can get some of these questions filled in by you, I can better direct you. You may want to just pay a limited consultation fee to get pointed in the right direction to help yourself. Good Luck to you and the Honor student!
