Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

What happens to the Emancipated child's money?

I have sole custody of my two sons. I have been receiving $110/week/child. One is about to become emancipated. Does his $110/week get added on to his brother's check now so that I will still receive the same amount but for the one child now? Many thanks.

No. CS will be recalculated based upon only 1 child. Thus, you will probably get less.
