emancipation
I would like to know if once a child is emancipted, after dropping out of college, working full time supporting himself can he be re-emancipated because he started back at college but is still working full time and supporting himself.

The basic answer is yes. However, it does depend upon the circumstances.

The simple answer is sometimes. It all depends on the circumstances and how long a persiod of time is involved.
