Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Emancipation of a child in NJ

I just found out that my 19yrs old estranged son is not a full time student. His 1st semester he failed ALL 12 credits and then the 2nd semester he completely withdrew from all of his classes. The Fall 09 semester schedule I just recieved he's only scheduled for 9 credits. His mother completely deceived me and took over $6000 over this past year. My question is can I emancipate him and can I ask the judge to squash the $900 I am in arrears?
