emancipation and college

hope you can help. my husband has a daughter who is 20 from a previous marriage she is currently in college full time, but lives with her boyfriend in pa. she attends a community college there we want to know if we can have her emancipated. she has not lived at home for more than 18 months the lease is in her name and her boyfriends, we are not disputed that she is a full time student but she could do that in community college here.. she clearly does not live at home we still pay child support, her college is paid for by financial aid, she also pays in state tutiton in pa will that help us prove that she is independent;;; thank you wait for your reply...

In certainly sounds like she is emancipated. She's appears to be living on her own, paying for college (or getting it paid) through her own means and not looking to either of her parents for any support whatsoever.
