Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Emancipation of a Minor

1) Is it possible for a minor to emancipate him/her self from his/her parents in the state of New Jersey(at the age of 16)?

2)If a child at the age of 16 becomes pregnant and gets married her husband (if over the age of 18) becomes her legal guardian (correct?), if the pregnancy were to fail is the marraige considered null and void or does it remain standing?

The minor might be emancipated, especially where the husband supports her financially. Some research seeems in order. Call me and we can arrange to answer your questions without too much expense.
