Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

emancipation

My son is approaching his 18 birthday in sept. 2004. what do i have to do to emancipate him at that time that will be recognized by the state of new jersey. He is not going to college and is presently working part-time.

It would now be appropriate to file a Motion to establish his emancipation. If you cannot do this on your own, you need to obtain an attorney to assist you in this.
