Good question and one that, at least to my knowledge, has not been specifically addressed by the court. I would say, it depends. If it is a real school instead of a degree mill, then yes. Of course, the child needs to attend 12 credits to be full time still. If it is a degree mill type of school, you may have some arguments. If the child is able to work full time or close to it as a result of not actually attending classes, you may have an argument to reduce child support.
