Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Emmancipation

My husband has a child from a relationship and he is 19 1/2 goes to college for two classes only. My husband pays child support and pays for his medical insurance he wants to emmancipate his son who currently lives with his mother. He feels his son is old enough to get a job and still go to school. How can he go about it. My husband and his son's mother were never married.

If the son is only taking two classes

that raises a question as to whether

there should be child support.
