Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My girlfriend and I have lived together for 2 years. Due to the fact she had bad credit,I bought the house under my name. She has paid half the expenses such as rent and utilities. We have decided to split up and I have given her till the end of June to accomplish this. What are her rights in this matter? Thank you.

It depends on how effective she is in proving what your agreement was. It may be a moot point if there is no equity in the home to be split. You need to immediately consult
