ending child support in NJ

my son is 20 yrs. old . he is attending

college in nj. i haven't changed child

support. since the divorce in 1999. am i

in my rights to do it in nj. what should i

do ?

Your question is not clear about whether the child support order is in New Jersey and where your child resides. Child support is reduced if you are are supporting your child by paying room and board so that it is paid only when the child is not away at school, but you need a court order to accomplish this.
