Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

how do i enforce child support

my husband of four years and i have been separated since shortly after i had our daughter he has never paid child support though it has been imposed by the court. I have his current address and his information but the court says they cannot enforce it becasue he is out of state. Is their an agency in the private sector that i can use to enforce the child support? his license is suspended and he left the state after the judge told him not to. he currently has a warrant out for his arrest due to the child support...how do i get him to pay?

Re: how do i enforce child support

It is possible to enforce a judgment in another state. There is an act that will let the judgment get registered in another state, and they can take action.

I would suggest you make an appointment with my office. Please call 856-216-7766.
