Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
enforce litigant's rightschild support
Having filed a notice of motion to enforce litigant's rights, respective to a previous divorce court order for child support, I sent the Notice of Motion papers to the defendant, certified mail, RRR, within the proper time limit; only to have the papers returned unclaimed yesterday, three weeks later. What can I do about enforcing the payment of child support if I cannot find the defendant, as I sent the papers to his last known address and no one relevant to his life appears to know where he is or resides now

It sounds like it is time to hire an attorney. Chasing deadbeat dads is sometimes quite frustrating.

For a relatively small fee I will find the defendant for you. I will charge nothing if I can not find him
