How enforceable is a Prenuptial Agreement regarding alimony in the State of New Jersey? How much does getting basic Prenuptial Agreement cost?

If the prenuptial agreement is agreed to before the marriage takes place as it is designed, it is very enforceable. In some cases a judge will overlook or ignore a prenuptial agreement if the opposing spouse can show coercion.

I'm not sure what others charge but generally my I charge $199 to $399 for prenuptial agreements.

There are many issues that go into an enforceable pre-nuptial. I would suggest that you schedule an appointment with my office to discuss same. Costs for a pre nuptial vary but if it is simple you are generally looking at 1500-2000
