Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Enforcement Hearing

In April I came into agreement through mediation that I could relocate. His parenting time would consist of him having the children in June after the completion of the school year. With us alternating spring & winter recess.

I am still here although I could have left to SC already. But due to the timing of the school year it was important to let them finish here.

Any other parenting time was to be mutually agreed upon. He still has phone contact and I even still let him see the kids every other weekend sometimes like the normal schedule. He is however bringing me back for enforcement. Could this affect me leaving if he lies and says he never saw the children? Although its suppose to be mutually agreed upon. Does me still being here affect me leaving in June?
