Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am trying to enroll my children in my through my current employer. One of the qualifications is for me to prove they reside with me more than 50% of the time. I don't claim all children on my taxes so that wouldn't work. Is it possible for myself being the childrens' mother be appointed guardianship for insurance purposes? If so, how do I go about the process?

You have omitted some important information. Do you have shared custody? Are you trying to enroll your children in your health insurance plan with your employer? What would residency have to do with insurance coverage? How can it be denied that you have the children less than 51 perrcent of the time. Claiming children on your tax return is not determined by where they live but whether you

provide them with financial support. Perhaps you should call me.

Call me if you like.
