Am I entitled to Soon2b Xhusbands worker compensation $

Husband got hurt on job in 1999, operation on arm to move nerves around in 2001. I filed for divorce in 2003, Workers compensation case is pending, I lost all rights to know how the law suit ended. Am I entitled to any money that he received? He has sued his company now 3 times, so I know he

came out with some money, just dont know how much.

If you had a claim form alimony, it could be relevant, as a workers compensation award could be a source of income. If you waived alimony and disposed of equitable distribution at the time of your divorce, you may be out of luck.
