our divorce is complete and the split is 50/50 we own two homes the one in new jersey and here in north carolina the x wife will keep the one in new jersey and I will buy her out of this home I found a mortgage lender to pay her off what the court order but she will not work with the deed transfer she will not sign a waiver to have the new title in my name so we can get the title work done and she gets her pay off what can I do --name removed--bala

Looks like you are going to have to take her back to court to enforce the order. That's pretty much it, either work it out with her or take her back to court, not really a third option. However, you probably won't have to come back here to NJ at all. Your lawyer should be able to handle it without you making an appearance in court. Just file a motion under your divorce action for an order finding as a fact that she authorizes the subject transaction or compelling her to sign the appropriate and necessary papers so that your transaction can be completed.
