Escrow in divorce

My ex wife is refusing to sign paperwork to disburse funds from a house that we sold almost a year ago. Are there legal ramifications that I can take?

It is a simple matter to file a motion under your divorce judgment to compel her to sign or giving you authority to sign for her.
