Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I need to evict my daughter's dad from my rented apartment and he needs to sign over the car title to me. I have a personal loan with my former employer who co-signed the loan for me. The car is held as collateral on this personal loan. Please help me, he is refusing to leave the apartment and return the car to me. My daughter is a High Functioning Autism 18 year old and I need the car. I should have never signed the title to him thinking that he was going to help me but instead he lied.
