Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Evidence and discovery

It is my understanding that anything the other side has I do not need to resubmit. Would this apply to emails that the defendant has sent and medical records that I have obtained with a court order or do I need to provide copies of these to the defense?

If you are dealing with a case where there is actually discovery back and forth, I would suggest you get an attorney. If the case was that small, you usually just show up and deal with it in court. Have you tried calling them and ask them what they want?

Re: Evidence and discovery

The last time you were really sick and needed an operation, you did not perform surgery on yourself, you hired a doctor to help you.

You sound like you are in the middle of a lawsuit. If the results of this lawsuit are important to you, then you need a lawyer.

Your question does not have enough information in it for any lawyer to give you an answer.

Please, get a lawyer to help you.
