Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My Ex-H threatened to withhold child support if he doesn't get more visitation(via saved text). Our original settlement is that he gets 1 afternoon per weekend (and he does, and cancels often). Now I have to bring him back to court because of his threats. Can I also sue for my attorney fee? and will I get them. I'm in NJ.

THANKS!!!!

There is no guarantee that you will get attorney fees. I suggest you call my office for an appointment and we can review the psa to determine your likelihood.

Yes you can ask for them but I don't think any attorney can predict what a judge would do. Clearly, if there is bad faith, it would make it easier for you to get them. http://njcustodyattorneys.com/
