Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello. My ex-husband and I have 2 children. He pays child support regularly (through wage garnishment) But has never paid the full amount due to his child support case for his child from a previous relationship. So, his arrears are steadily increasing. Our case has been open for approximately 6 years and his arrears are now over $9,000. I honestly do not believe he will ever pay toward his arrears. Is there anyway to collect the arrears without sitting and waiting?

You need to file a motion advbise the judge on the arrears keep increasing and that you want additional money paid to decrease the arrears. You should use an Attorney. Please call my office to set up an appointment.
