Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex-husband was court ordered to provide medical insurance for our daughter. He did however she was just hospitalized and some services were out of network and he was sent the money directly. He has not sent the money to any of the doctors and will not speak to me or our daughter and has the insurance account locked so i cant find out how much he even got paid.

You may have to file a motion with the court for an order requiring that he unlock the insurance account and that he promptly deliver the funds to the medical providers. Call me if you like.
