my ex-husband owes me money
in my divorce decree the judge entered that my ex-husband pay my past doctor bills worth 35000.00 n he didnt make 1 payment yet.and im being garnished.

Did the Court Order set up a schedule or time for payment? If so, and he is late, you need to file a Motion to compel him to comply. If no terms of payment were set in the Order, you also need to bring a Motion to get this on track. Without knowing his financial circumstances, I can't tell you what you can expect a Court to do.

You need to move on this right away. Did they file a civil suit against you? I'm sure they did and at that point, you had to bring him into the case and/or file a motion against him in family court.
