Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Ex-Husband withholding information

I just found out that my 17 yr old son has been experimenting with some serious drugs. All along I have been contacting my ex-husband on things that I found unusual, asking his opinion etc. Well after finding this out, I also found out that my ex has known for about a month and never told me! Is there anything I can do about this?

Re: Ex-Husband withholding information

You can ask the Court to restrict your former husband's contact with your son if you believe that he has allowed the

subject experimentation with drugs.

Call me if you like.

Yes, you have several options but I'd rather discuss them with you over the phone.
