Ex-husband's girlfriend is mean to my son
Although my ex's girlfriend has never hit my 12 yr. old son, she has stated that she thinks his dad should beat him, calls him names such as retarded, slob, animal, jerk and told him he'll never have friends. She laughs at him when he's upset, and screams and curses regularly. I feel that this is becoming an unhealthy environment for him. What can I do?

You should take your child to a child psychologist or psychiatrist to render a report as to the harm being done to the child and then use the report in a motion to terminate her visitation until she undergoes counseling.
