Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My ex-wife is on the County Government listing where I got my divorce. She used her influence to get my son a job as a corrections officer. I recently went to court to emancipate my youngest son (23 years old) and even though all lawyers who saw my papers said it should be over with, a woman Judge heard it and ruled against me. I believe this is cronyism and possibly a conflict of interest. Can I get this heard in another county?

You probably lost because you went without an attorney. A little money for a lawyer would have paid off if you won. Call me to discuss.
