Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex-wife was court ordered to return my 15 yr old son back he to me. My ex-wife encouraged him not to return and he agreed not to return. Are both in contempt? What legal vehicle is there to force compliance? Thank you.

Denying custody is a criminal offense. A criminal complaint can be issued against her. Also, you can go back to court to have her held in contempt.
