Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My soon to be ex-wife went to my house (that we both own) and went on my computer. She made copies of private photos of my girlfriend and has admitted possessing them. She had used the computer while we were togethewr but did not have permission to take files that didnt belong to her. Is what she did legal?
