Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Does the fact that my ex-husband has remarried and has a new baby effect the amount of child support he owes me. I.e. would his child support decrease because his expenses have increased.

Not necessarily. Two computations are now required,

his obligation to his new child given his new wife's income and his income is used ti compute his obligation to support the new child and this number is then plugged

Into a guidelines comptation of his oblgation to your children.
