Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hi, I am in a failed relationship with my girlfriend. She has lived with me in my house for two years. We have one child together. I want to peacefully part but she will not leave. How do I legally get her to move out without calling the police and causing a scene ? Is she in titled to anything of mine ? How much child support would I pay if we both make close to the same salary .

The level of child support is determined by how much you weekly, available, net income is on the average. You could have a lawyer advise her that she must move out, by letter.
