Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have a family court order and i brought charges against my child's mother in municipal court that involve harassment and her breaking the order of supervision. the municipal court judge stated that he 'doesn't think the family court judge really meant supervision all the time". given that the ordering judge is still a judge in this county, does the municipal judge have to confer with the ordering judge rather than making a decision based on an assumption of what the ordering judge meant?

you absolutely need to get some help from a good divorce attorney. the municipal court judge is going to want to stay out of this, and dump it back on the Superior Court, Family Part.
get some help. this is complicated stuff.
You should have an attorney handling all of this and this should be discussed with him/her. If you need any other help, feel free to call me at 732/773/2768
