Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Family Law and Child Support

My x used to pay me 1500 monthly three children. quit his job and filed a motion. Moved from NJ to FLA. Now he pays me 500 month for three kids. They are now teens. He is in the middle of two lawsuits for injuries. He was released to go back to work but says he can not find work. He pays barest minimum of three kids. Can I put a lien on his lawsuits being that he is not working to claim zero income for the purposes of not paying more child support. Also aren't teens supposed to get more of a percentage. I need to know if I can get a percentage of his future paying lawsuits for support he has not given me like he should have. Also what can I ask the judge to question how is paying the minimum when he claims zero income. He has medical bills that he has not paid yet and the last order told him he has 10 days after I send them. Again how can I enforce orders when he is in another state. He also has a time share and a car but owns nothing elese he put everything in his parents name. And claims they give him all his money to live. He is 46 and I am 50. Three teen children he also has no relationship with the kids. Can I ask the court to fine him for late payments per court order. Any other suggestions. Please help

Re: Family Law and Child Support

You have a lot of issues with regard to this child support case. I'd like to know more about the history of the case. He should not have been able to just quit his job and reduce his child support. Something seems to have gone wrong there.

I'd like to discuss the case with you more. Please call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case. My initial consultations are always free.
