can you claim on a cis form an address and living expenses if your not living there? and if your tax returns have one address and you state another address for yourself and child is that ok?

no, you can not claim on a CIS that you are at an address that you are not living at, nor can you claim living expenses that you do not have to pay.

it is not OK. these are statements that you make to the Court, and if you lie, you can go to jail.
