do i have a right to collect child support in the untied states even though im not a citizen

Yes, generally, State courts do not care that you are not a citizen. You can use the courts even if you are illegal, especially for child support.

Citizenship is not the criterion for filing for child support; residency is. If you and the child reside in New Jersey you can file for child support. You should have an attorney.

By residency I simply mean that you live in New Jersey.

If you live in New Jersey (for a long enough time, but absolutely for sure one year is long enough), you can get child support. Even if you are not a U.S. Citizen, you can still get child support. Even if you are not legal, you can still get child support.
