hello- i am preganet with twins, the babies father says he wants nothing to do with them...if i allow him to sign off all rights can i still recieve child support from him

If his right get terminated, his obligations to support them will be terminated as well. I don't see why you would want that.

He and you can make any agreement you want but the child support obligation

is only erased by an adoption proceeding where the father's parental rights and oligations are terminated.
