My sons father is trying to use his daughters daycare for a deduction from my childsupport. She is not my child and he is married to that childs mother. Can he get a deduction if that child is not a ours?

His obligation, according to the New Jersey Child Support Guidelines, is first calculated as to his obligation to support that child is first calculated, factoring in that mother's income. and then that obligation is placed on the New Jersey Child Support

Guidelines Worksheet to calculate his obligaion to your child. It makes a very small difference.
