i have a 30 years old daughter who is a RN living with me and my wife in the mist of a divorce. She is very abusing and her mother claims that she have to stay BECAUSE SHE OWNS A HALF OF THE HOUSE. How can i get her evicted.

If she has or does in the future commit an act of domestic violence a restraining order can be obtained against her, compelling her to leave the house. Domestic violence would be harassment, assault, destruction of property, terroristic threats and a few other acts. You need to come into my office and talk to me.
